The longest part is the Visa Bulletin line: about 10.1 years.
The Department of Labor is now reviewing PERM cases filed in January 2026; USCIS takes about 11.2 months for an I-140.
The Visa Bulletin wait cannot be bought faster with any fee — it moves only when the State Department moves the date.
