PRACTICAL SUPPORT

One conversation. A clearer hiring plan.

We start by understanding your business, then discuss the support appropriate for your role and circumstances.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Define your hiring needs

Discuss the work location, responsibilities, requirements and workforce plans so everyone starts with the same expectations.

02 / CONNECT

Coordinate candidate recruitment

Discuss sourcing, initial candidate screening and interview coordination, subject to agreed scope and candidate availability.

03 / PREPARE

Organize the next steps

Coordinate information and documents with your team and the relevant U.S. immigration attorney or partner, as agreed.

A LONG-TERM APPROACH

Plan ahead for the roles your business relies on.

Start a discussion about year-round hiring in hospitality, food service, manufacturing, cleaning or warehousing. Each position and employer needs individual review.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

Can I inquire before deciding to sponsor?

Yes. Share your hiring needs even if you are exploring international recruitment for the first time. We can discuss the questions and preparation involved before you decide whether to proceed.

How quickly could workers arrive?

There is no fixed arrival date. EB-3 is a long-term pathway, and the total process can take years. Timing depends on the case, government processing and visa availability. We do not guarantee approval or arrival dates.

What does GVS handle, and who handles legal advice?

GVS is a consulting and coordination business, not a U.S. law firm. The scope of recruitment and document support is agreed separately. U.S. immigration legal advice and representation should come from appropriately authorized professionals.

What does it cost?

Costs depend on the scope and circumstances. Fees, responsibilities and applicable employer-paid costs must be reviewed and agreed before paid work begins. Submitting this form does not create a paid service agreement.

Will our inquiry or company details be published?

No. The inquiry is kept in the private GVS admin workspace. Sending an inquiry does not create a public employer listing, job posting or sponsorship offer.

I am looking for a job. Is this the right form?

This form is for U.S. businesses. Job seekers should use the Available opportunities link below or request a client consultation.
