At a glance
Think of the Visa Bulletin as a line: your place is the day your PERM was filed (your priority date). In November 2026 the EB-2 line for Bangladesh & all other countries is at 1 Apr 2025 — everyone with an earlier date can get the visa now.
In a typical year the line moves about 8 months forward (slow years about 5 months, fast years about 12 months).
If that continues, by November 2027 the cutoff could be around December 2025 (range August 2025 – April 2026).
This is an estimate from past movement, not an official prediction. In the last 10 years the line moved backwards 7 times.
Three possibilities for your date
Enter the date your PERM was filed above. Final Action dates decide when the visa can be issued; NVC usually asks for documents earlier, from the Dates for Filing chart.
Example: priority date April 2026 · EB-2 · Bangladesh & all other countries
Dates for Filing (November 2026): 15 Mar 2026. NVC can ask for documents once your priority date is before this date — often months before the Final Action date reaches it.

How this estimate works
- We take the official Final Action date of every monthly bulletin since 2001 and measure how many days it moved in each 12-month window of the last five years.
- Slow, typical and fast are the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile of those speeds. A year with a backwards move counts as a slow year.
- The latest official cutoff is moved forward at each speed, month by month. It never goes past the bulletin month itself (that would be “Current”).
- Each October a new fiscal year starts with new visa numbers; dates often jump or reset then. In summer, dates can stop or retrogress when the yearly numbers run out.
- The State Department, not GVS, decides the dates. Use this page to plan, not as a promise — check every new bulletin, or get an email alert.
Questions people ask
When will EB-3 Other Workers be current for Bangladesh?
In the November 2026 bulletin the EB-3 Other Workers cutoff for Bangladesh & all other countries is 1 Jun 2022 — people with a priority date before that day can get their visa now. If that continues, by November 2027 the cutoff could be around January 2023 (range September 2022 – February 2023). This is an estimate from past movement, not an official prediction: dates can stop or move backwards.
Is this an official Visa Bulletin prediction?
No. The U.S. Department of State publishes one bulletin per month and sometimes short notes about possible movement. This page is GVS’s calculation from the published history only.
Why is Bangladesh not listed separately?
Bangladesh and Korea use the “All Chargeability Areas” column, like most countries. Only countries with very high demand (India, China, Mexico, the Philippines) have their own dates.
