Remote screen support
Stuck on a form, an upload or the portal? Share your screen with the GVS team for a few minutes and we guide you step by step on the phone. Nothing to install.
- no download — works in your browser
- you decide: view only or full control
- you stop sharing at any time
At a glance
Call or WhatsApp GVS first, then press “Share my screen”. Choose the window or screen to show; your browser asks before anything is shared.
Read the 6-digit code to the GVS staff member. Only someone with that code can see your screen, and the code expires after one hour.
Nothing is recorded. GVS will never ask for your passwords, one-time codes (OTP) or bank details on screen.
Share your computer screen
Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer.
Full control: GVS operates your computer with RustDesk
When seeing is not enough, GVS can move the mouse and type for you. RustDesk is free, open-source remote-desktop software (not made by GVS). Works on Windows, Mac and Android — not on iPhone.
Computer (Windows / Mac)
- 1Download RustDesk from the official page
Press the button below (github.com/rustdesk). Windows: the file ending in “x86_64.exe”. Mac: the “.dmg” file (“aarch64” for newer Macs with an M chip, “x86_64” for older Intel Macs).
- 2Open RustDesk
On Windows you can run it without installing. On a Mac, allow it under System Settings → Privacy & Security (Screen Recording and Accessibility) when asked.
- 3Read your ID and one-time password to GVS
They are shown at the top left of the RustDesk window. Tell them to the GVS staff member on the phone.
- 4Press “Accept” when GVS connects
You see everything GVS does and can end it at any time. Close RustDesk when finished; the password changes next time.

Android phone
RustDesk is not on Google Play. Download the “universal .apk” from the same official page (or F-Droid), allow the install, open it, tap “Start service” and allow screen capture and accessibility. Android shows a safety warning with a short countdown — this is normal. Then read the ID and password to GVS.
On a phone: share your screen in a WhatsApp video call
A phone browser stops sharing as soon as you leave it, so on phones we use a WhatsApp video call — it keeps sharing while you open other apps. For full control on Android, see the “Full control” tab.
- 1Call GVS on WhatsApp
Start a video call to +82 10-3072-0802 (or the number your GVS contact gave you).
- 2Tap the screen-share button
During the call, tap the icon of a phone with an arrow (Share screen), then “Start now”.
- 3Open the app or page you need help with
GVS sees your screen and guides you. Tap the same button again to stop.
Stay safe
- Only share your screen after you have contacted GVS yourself, by our official phone numbers or WhatsApp.
- GVS never asks for passwords, OTP codes, card or bank details — close or hide them before sharing.
- Choose a single window instead of the whole screen if you have private things open.
- Press “Stop sharing” (or close this page) to end at any time.
Peer-to-peer browser screen sharing (WebRTC). Sessions are deleted after one hour; GVS does not record your screen.
