What this means for you

  • These are U.S. fiscal-year quarters (Q1 = October–December).
  • Figures cover every I-140 category and country; USCIS does not publish Bangladesh separately.
  • More petitions waiting usually means longer processing. Premium processing (an extra USCIS fee) gives a decision much faster for EB-3.
  • Your priority date is fixed by the PERM filing date, so a slower I-140 does not lose your place in the Visa Bulletin queue.

Want an EB-3 job with a real U.S. employer?

GVS guides workers in Korea and Bangladesh through PERM, I-140 and the visa interview. Free seminar every Sunday in Seoul.
